Shipping policy
Shipping within Portugal
We ship throughout Portugal, mainland and islands. Orders placed before 14:00 are processed same day.
Getting your order to you
- Next-day delivery (CTT Expresso), €6.00. Order before 14:00 for next business day delivery on the mainland.
- Local delivery, €8.00. Within approximately 4 km of our studio in Porto. Order before 14:00 and it arrives the same day.
Azores and Madeira
We ship to the islands for €20.00. Delivery takes longer than the mainland, so allow extra time. If you need your order by a particular date, email us before you order and we'll let you know what is realistic.
Based in Porto?
You can collect your order at our studio on Rua de Justino Teixeira 79. Just select pickup at checkout. We'll reach out via WhatsApp within 24 hours to find a time that works. We're around Wednesdays 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays 10:00 to 14:00. Kiki and Zoe might be there too.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Delays
We ship with CTT. Delays due to weather, strikes, or carrier issues are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
International
We currently ship within Portugal only. If you're outside Portugal and interested in our products, get in touch and we may be able to arrange something.
