Shipping within Portugal

We ship throughout mainland Portugal. Orders placed before 14:00 are processed same day.

Getting your order to you

• Next-day delivery (CTT Expresso) — €6.00 Order before 14:00 for next business day delivery.
• Local delivery — €8.00 Within approximately 4 km of our studio in Porto. Order before 14:00 and it arrives the same day.

Based in Porto?

You can collect your order at our studio. Just select pickup at checkout. We'll reach out via WhatsApp within 24 hours to find a time that works. We're around Wednesdays 10:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–14:00. Kiki and Zoe might be there too.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delays

We ship with CTT. Delays due to weather, strikes, or carrier issues are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we'll help track it down.

Islands and international

We currently ship to mainland Portugal only. If you're in the Azores, Madeira, or outside Portugal and interested in our products, get in touch — we may be able to arrange something.
