Refund policy
Your rights
Under EU law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for any reason. No questions asked. It's your right as a consumer.
What can be returned
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We'll refund the full product cost plus any original shipping fees you paid.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
How to return
Email us at jess@kikiandzoeshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, which items you'd like to return, and a reason if you'd like to share one. We'll take it from there.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. In that case we cover everything.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us straight away with photos. We'll sort it out with a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
