By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Jessica Marinho Marzagão trading as Kiki & Zoe, registered in Portugal with fiscal number (NIF) 307819680, registered address Rua de Justino Teixeira 83, 4300-273 Porto, Portugal.

2. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We do our best to keep the website updated, but occasionally a product may sell out before we can update the listing. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

3. Pricing

All prices are in euros (€) and include Portuguese VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed. If there's an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send you an order confirmation email, but this doesn't mean we've accepted your order yet. We accept your order when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation.

We accept payment by credit card and MBWay. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Under EU law, you have 14 days from receipt to return most products for any reason. Exceptions apply for hygiene reasons for any opened or used item.

7. Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately and show accurate photos. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. All products sold for pets should be used under supervision. We are not responsible for misuse or accidents.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide products for pet use. Pets can be unpredictable. While we test everything ourselves and choose products carefully, we cannot guarantee that your pet will like something, that a product will last forever, or that your pet won't find a creative way to destroy it.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law

9. Your pet, your responsibility

  • Always supervise pets with new products, especially toys
  • Check products regularly for wear and replace if damaged
  • Not all products suit all pets

We're here to help with fit, sizing, and product questions, but ultimately you know your pet best.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this website (text, photos, graphics, logo) is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be handled in Portuguese courts. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
