The shop we couldn't find.

Designer, label reader, helicopter parent

I'm Jess, the person behind Kiki & Zoe. My design and sustainability background taught me to ask two questions: does this actually work, and what's it made of? I've never learned to turn either off.

I built this shop because the good stuff exists, it's just hard to find. I've done the digging. My partner calls it obsessive. I call it due diligence.

Meet Kiki

She tests with vocal disapproval

Siamese. Rescue. Not like most cats. She follows me from room to room, greets every guest, and has opinions she delivers loudly until she gets what she wants. She always gets what she wants. If she won't sleep on it, sit near it, or acknowledge its existence, it doesn't make the cut.

Meet Zoe

She tests with her mouth

Mixed breed. Rescue. Strong feelings about snacks, textures, and whether you're paying enough attention to her (you're not). She gets what she wants through sheer persistence. If it lasts, it's worth stocking. If it doesn't, we know before you do.

Kiki ignores most things. Zoe destroys the rest. What survives them (and meets our standards for safety, quality, and materials) is what we stock.

We'd rather carry twenty products we trust than two hundred we don't.
